Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Policy
All of our pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the unique and custom nature of our art:
- No two items are exactly alike.
- Design consultations may be required for premium pieces.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Processing & Shipping
Standard production time is 7 to 14 business days depending on complexity. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers. Expedited processing may be available upon request and for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues on custom pieces.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content featured on this site and on our wearable art are the intellectual property of PAIL LEADER CUSTOM WEARABLE ART and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.
Consultation & White Glove Services
Our bespoke consultation and white glove services are designed to offer clients a premium experience. Any designs or concepts shared during consultations remain the property of PAIL LEADER unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Privacy
All personal information shared with us (including during custom order consultations) is kept confidential and used solely for fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
